Suspension

Another very common area of modification for the Beetle. Suspension modifications have been a fundemental part of Beetle customising for many years now, and it's actually becoming quite rare to see a car with original suspension spec.

The most common alterations include:

• Front beam narrowing
• Adjustable (height) front beam
• Lowering McPherson struts front ends
• Tuning for performance (Anti-roll bars etc)
• Rear end lowering

As with the other technical sections, we will be filling this area with an much useful information and as many guides as possible - This may of course take some time!
